Refund & Return Policy

At The Blue Passion, each garment is created with care and intention. We want you to feel fully confident in your purchase, and we stand by the craftsmanship of every piece. If for any reason your order is not right for you, please review our policy below.

Returns

  • Eligibility: You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.

  • Condition: Items must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and returned with all original tags and packaging.

  • Exclusions: Custom orders, tailored garments, and final sale items are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.

Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval.

  • Approved returns will be refunded to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable.

  • Refunds will reflect the original price paid, less any subsequent adjustments or credits (if applicable).

  • All returns are credited to the original purchaser’s form of payment.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you’d like a different size or style, please return your item and place a new order.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us at thebluepassionofficial@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery. We will prioritize resolving the issue with either a replacement or a full refund.

How to Start a Return

  1. Email thebluepassionofficial@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.

  2. We will provide detailed instructions and the return shipping address.

  3. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

Custom Orders Agreement

Custom garments are at the heart of The Blue Passion — each one is individually crafted with precision and care. Because of their unique nature, the following policies apply:

Eligibility

  • Custom orders include all made-to-measure, tailored, or specially altered garments.

  • Once production begins, custom orders cannot be changed or canceled.

Payment Terms

  • A non-refundable deposit of 50% is required to begin your custom order.

  • The remaining balance is due before shipment or at the final fitting.

Refunds & Returns

  • Custom orders are final sale and cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded.

  • We cannot accept returns for fit issues caused by inaccurate measurements provided by the client. Please ensure your measurements are correct or schedule a fitting when possible.

Adjustments & Alterations

  • If adjustments are needed after delivery, we are happy to discuss alteration options.

  • Minor adjustments may be offered at no additional charge.

  • Significant changes or redesign requests will incur an additional fee.

Damaged or Defective Items

  • If your custom garment arrives damaged or with a craftsmanship defect, notify us at thebluepassionofficial@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery.

  • We will review the issue and repair or remake the item at no additional cost to you.
